Congratulations to Grosvenor pupil Daniel Mayhew, Form 4, who finished 5th at Under 16 level at the Commonwealth Judo Championships earlier in the week.

The event, held on Tuesday 24th January at Cardiff’s ‘Millennium Centre’, saw Daniel, competing in the under 73kg weight class, achieve his excellent result despite suffering a concussion during his opening bout.

Well done to Daniel on his impressive performance, in which he did both himself and the school proud.  All at Grosvenor wish him the best of luck in his future Judo – related endeavours.
