On the evenings of Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th January Grosvenor staged its annual Mock Interview Programme, with pupils in Upper 6th receiving the opportunity to practise their interview technique in the face of questions from a range of qualified professionals.

The Mock Interviews, organised by the Careers Department, give pupils the opportunity to experience at first – hand what they will face in the world outside Grosvenor, with interviewers representing employers from a number of careers. 

This year saw some 89 pupils interviewed by nearly 50 panel members over the two nights.  The programme provides an invaluable opportunity to prepare pupils for what they may encounter beyond their time at school, and can also build up their confidence through complimentary and constructive feedback.

Well done to all of the pupils who participated in this year’s Mock Interview Programme, as well as the Careers Department who put the entire event in place.  Finally, Grosvenor extends its gratitude to the scores of local professionals who gave of their time freely to provide the pupils of the school with such a worthwhile opportunity.
