GGS Summer Musical Endeavours!

Well done to a number of our students who participated in a range of musical pursuits over the summer.

Katie Smyth (Year 13) travelled to Florence with the Ulster Youth Orchestra and City of Belfast Youth Orchestra, while Harry Lloyd (Year 12) performed at the Royal Albert Hall as a member of the 1st Old Boys Brass Band.

In addition, Gabriel Carson (Year 14) was selected as a member of the National Youth Senior Choir for Northern Ireland, while Henry McCrea, Ellen Patton and Mia Bovill (all Year 13) participated as members of the National Youth Training Choir of Northern Ireland.

Well done to each of these talented musicians on their respective achievements!
